2026년 9월 26일부터 아래 문서가 개정되어 시행됩니다. 현재 서비스는 출시 전이며 가입자는 시험 계정뿐이어서, 회사는 개정 문서를 게시일부터 시행합니다.

The documents below are revised with effect from 26 September 2026. The Service has not launched and the only accounts are test accounts, so the revised documents take effect on the day they are posted.

- **Terms of Service 1.8** - Art. 4(3): the minimum age is stated per country (14 in Korea and Spain, 15 in France, 16 in Japan, 18 in the United States, 16 elsewhere). - Art. 14: account deletion has a 7-day grace period; share links stop working as soon as deletion is requested and are not restored on cancellation; records the law requires, and records of consents and pre-recording notices, are kept apart for up to five years; backup copies; the limits of deletion requests to processors. - Art. 18: the dispute-resolution placeholder paragraph (9), which had no effect, is removed and the share-link paragraph becomes (9). Article 17 continues to apply to disputes. - **Consent to the Collection and Use of Personal Data 1.9**: backup wording corrected, deletion grace period, per-country minimum age. - **Consent to the Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data 1.8**: when we ask the speech-recognition processor (ElevenLabs) to delete a transcript record (normally about three days after it is saved), and that a completed request does not by itself confirm removal from the processor's logs or backups. Speaker separation is not used for U.S. or unknown-country accounts. - **Privacy Policy** (five languages): the above, how the web app records and stores recordings, and what is not yet available to U.S. accounts (cloud transcription and AI, speaker separation, share links). - **Voice and Speaker Separation Policy / Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy** (English): the same changes.
