2026년 9월 27일부터 아래 문서가 개정되어 시행됩니다. 현재 서비스는 출시 전이며 가입자는 시험 계정뿐이어서, 회사는 개정 문서를 게시일부터 시행합니다.

- **서비스 이용약관 1.9** - 제5조 ④: 현재 서비스는 대한민국 이용자를 대상으로 제공되며, 계정의 국가가 대한민국이 아닌 경우(확인되지 않은 경우 포함) 클라우드 전사와 AI 기능이 제공되지 않는다는 점을 명시. - 제7조: 결제·환불을 스토어 정책에만 맡기던 문장을 고치고(환불은 본 조와 관계 법령에 따르며 스토어 절차로 처리할 수 없으면 회사가 직접 환불), 구독의 청약철회(결제일부터 7일, 사용을 시작한 부분의 제한, 신청 방법과 효과), 크레딧 환불, 크레딧의 유효기간(구매한 크레딧은 소멸하지 않음, 멤버십 크레딧은 주기가 끝나면 소멸, 무료 크레딧은 지급된 달이 끝나면 소멸), 구독 가격 인상 시 30일 전 고지와 동의 절차를 규정. - 제13조: 서비스 변경·중단의 사전 공지 기준(유료 서비스 중단은 30일 전)과, 유료 서비스 중단 시 사용하지 않은 크레딧과 구독 잔여 기간의 환불을 규정. - 제15조: 면책을 불가항력과 회사의 고의·과실 없는 경우로 한정하고, 책임 한도가 대한민국 소비자와 지급액이 없는 이용자에게 적용되지 않으며 개인정보 보호 법령상 책임에도 적용되지 않음을 명시. - 제17조 ②: 소비자와의 분쟁은 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 제36조에 따라 이용자 주소지 관할 지방법원의 전속관할임을 명시. - **개인정보 수집·이용 동의서 2.0**: 표 주석의 서로 모순되던 문장을 바로잡음(처리 중에는 회사 서버와 수탁자에게 읽을 수 있는 사본이 존재). - **개인정보 국외 이전 안내 및 동의서 1.9**: 재수탁자를 ‘문의 시 안내’ 대신 개인정보 처리방침에 게재한다는 점 반영. - **개인정보 처리방침**(5개 언어): 한국 우선 제공 범위, 재수탁자 표(주요 재수탁자·처리 국가·각 수탁자의 공개 목록 주소), 앱 접근권한(필수: 마이크 / 선택: 카메라·음성 인식·Face ID·알림·저장공간), 권익침해 구제 기관 연락처 정정(개인정보침해신고센터 118, 개인정보분쟁조정위원회 1833-6972, 대검찰청 1301, 경찰청 182).

The documents below are revised with effect from 27 September 2026. The Service has not launched and the only accounts are test accounts, so the revised documents take effect on the day they are posted.

- **Terms of Service 1.9** - Art. 5: the Service is currently offered to users in the Republic of Korea; accounts whose country is not Korea (or is unknown) are not provided with cloud transcription or AI features. - Art. 7: refunds are no longer left to store policy alone (they follow this Article and the law, and the Company refunds directly where a store cannot); subscription withdrawal (7 days from payment, limits once use has started, how to request it and its effect); credit refunds; credit validity (bought credits do not expire, membership credits expire at the end of their cycle, free credits at the end of the month granted); 30 days' notice and consent for subscription price increases. - Art. 13: advance notice for changes and discontinuation (30 days for a paid service), and refunds of unused credits and the remaining subscription period if a paid service is discontinued. - Art. 15: the exclusion is limited to force majeure and loss without the Company's fault; the liability cap does not apply to consumers in Korea, to users who paid nothing, or to liability under data-protection law. - Art. 17(2): consumer disputes fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court for the user's address under art. 36 of Korea's e-commerce consumer-protection Act. - **Consent to the Collection and Use of Personal Data 2.0**: a self-contradicting sentence in the table note is corrected (while processing runs, a readable copy exists on our servers and at the processors). - **Consent to the Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data 1.9**: sub-processors are now published in the Privacy Policy rather than given on request. - **Privacy Policy** (five languages): the Korea-first scope, a sub-processor table (main sub-processors, countries and each processor's published list), app access permissions (required: microphone; optional: camera, speech recognition, Face ID, notifications, storage), and corrected contact numbers for Korean complaint bodies.
