2026년 10월 12일부터 아래 문서가 개정되어 시행됩니다. 현재 서비스는 출시 전이며 가입자는 시험 계정뿐이어서, 회사는 개정 문서를 게시일부터 시행합니다.

- **이용약관 2.0** - 대한민국 이용자의 최저 이용 연령을 만 14세에서 **만 19세**로 올렸습니다(제4조 제3항). 다른 나라의 기준 연령은 바뀌지 않았습니다. - **개인정보 수집·이용 동의서 2.1** - 위 연령 기준을 반영했습니다. - iOS 앱이 대한민국·미국 계정에 대해 Apple의 연령 확인 기능을 쓴다는 점을 적었습니다. 확인 결과(기준 나이 이상인지 여부)는 기기에서만 쓰이며, 회사로 전송되거나 저장되지 않습니다. - **개인정보 국외 이전 안내 및 동의서 2.1** - **Anthropic, PBC를 이전받는 자에서 제외**했습니다. 회사는 더 이상 Anthropic의 API를 사용하지 않습니다. - OpenAI의 이용 목적에 'AI 스튜디오의 학습자료 생성(슬라이드·퀴즈)'을 넣었습니다(종전 문구는 '장애 시 AI 스튜디오 처리'). 종전 기준(만 14세 이상)으로 가입하신 대한민국 계정에는 만 19세 이상인지 다시 확인을 요청합니다(웹은 설정 화면에서, 앱은 다음 업데이트 후 실행할 때). 회사는 이용자 콘텐츠를 회사의 AI 모델 학습에 사용하지 않습니다.

The documents below are revised with effect from 12 October 2026. The Service has not launched and the only accounts are test accounts, so the revised documents take effect on the day they are posted.

- **Terms of Service 2.0** - The minimum age for users in the Republic of Korea rises from 14 to **19** (art. 4(3)). Other countries' minimum ages are unchanged. - **Consent to the Collection and Use of Personal Data 2.1** - Reflects the age above. - States that the iOS app uses Apple's age-range check for Korean and US accounts. The result (whether the user meets the required age) is used on the device only; it is not sent to or stored by the Company. - **Consent to the Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data 2.1** - **Anthropic, PBC is no longer a recipient.** The Company no longer uses Anthropic's API. - AI Studio (slides and quizzes) is now part of OpenAI's stated purpose as ordinary work (previously described as "when its primary processor is unavailable"). The items, country and retention period for OpenAI are unchanged. - **Privacy Policy** (five languages) - Reflects the age and the Apple age check above. - Anthropic is removed from the sub-processor table. In the English, Japanese, Spanish and French versions, the passage on model training now names one text-AI provider, OpenAI (the Korean version never named providers there). - **Provider list on the consent screens** (the web's sensitive-data consent, the app's AI-features consent): "OpenAI — text: AI notes, chat, search, suggestions, refine, translate, AI Studio"; the Anthropic line is removed (on the web from today, in the app from the next update).

Korean accounts that signed up under the previous rule (14 or older) are asked to confirm that they are 19 or older (on the web in Settings; in the app on first launch after the next update). The Company does not use your content to train its AI models.
